Condolence: We are deeply saddened at the passing of Mrs. Biegen. She has been an inspiration to those who knew her as someone with a keen mind, caring heart and strong spirit. It is clear that she led a life of compassionate service to people as well as all living creatures. Her life was well led with grace even through this last challenging phase.
