Pamela Joyce Wasselle of South Setauket, New York passed away March 1, 2023. A gifted artist and painter, Pamela was born in New Hyde Park in 1946. She graduated from St. John’s University with a master’s degree in Education and lived her life as a teacher, homemaker, social worker, and her favorite profession, a loving Mom.
Survived by her two adoring sons Darren (Tracy) and Jason (Katina) Castellucci; sister Loretta (George) Kibitz; brother-in-law Gerard Tanguay; niece Rachel (Jeremy) Golden; nephews Craig (Jeri) Tanguay, Christopher Kibitz; and most importantly her three loving grandchildren who brought her so much joy, Elizabeth, Samantha, and Darren, Jr. She was preceded in death by her sister Priscilla Tanguay, parents Mary and Joseph Wasselle, and doggies Suzy, Sweetie, Babette, and Pepe.
Her family will forever celebrate her kindness, warmth and generosity, and feel her presence in the clouds and by the water.
